We are committed to helping you get the event you want. We will listen carefully to what you need and can put together a bespoke package to make sure you get the best from your budget. Our Day Delegate Rate includes use of all standard AV equipment and support from our dedicated AV staff, who will set up in advance, greet you on arrival and deal with any issues which arise. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the support we offer customers as well as our flexible, friendly approach.

Meeting Rooms
The charge for a meeting room starts at £195.00 +VAT per day. Function rooms can be booked from £245.00 +VAT upwards.
Fine Dining
For a three-course banquet followed by tea, coffee and petit fours the rate is £56 +VAT for groups of 40-119 guests. A discounted rate is available for groups over 120 guests.
Day Delegate Rate
£65.50 +VAT (min. 50 delegates) which includes two main function rooms, morning and afternoon meeting refreshments, and lunch. A discount is offered to groups of over 80 delegates.
24 Hour Delegate Rate
£186.75 +VAT (min. 50 delegates). This includes two main function rooms, morning and afternoon meeting refreshments, lunch, dinner, overnight accommodation in an en-suite room and breakfast. A discount is offered to groups of over 80 delegates.
B&B Rate
£95 +VAT for overnight accommodation in a single en-suite room, including breakfast.
